Security & Privacy
No, never. No representative of 0k93 will ever ask for your OTP, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or Rocket PIN. Any such request is an attempt at fraud. If you receive a call or message like this, ignore it immediately and report it to our support. Sharing your PIN with anyone puts your account at risk.
Use a password of at least 10 characters — a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as @, #, !) is best. Do not use the same password you use for Facebook, email, or any other account. Changing your password every few months keeps your account even more secure.
The 0k93 platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps your personal information and transaction details hidden from third parties. No sensitive data is shared from our servers without authorization. All connections are secured at all times via the HTTPS protocol.
Always check that the browser address bar shows 0k93.bar. Fake sites often use slightly different spellings (such as 0k93.com or 0k93.net). Look for the lock icon and HTTPS. Do not access the site through unfamiliar links or messages — type the address directly or use a bookmark.
Change your password as quickly as possible. Then contact us via our 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. The support team will verify your account and help secure your access. If you notice any suspicious transactions, report those as well — action will be taken promptly.
Withdrawals
0k93's welcome bonus wagering requirement is just 10x the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets, after which your bonus winnings become withdrawable. This is one of the most straightforward conditions in the market.
Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This speed applies across all three methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Your first withdrawal may require identity verification, so it could take a little longer. Subsequent requests are generally faster.
Yes, 0k93 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can submit a withdrawal request at 2 AM or on Eid, and we will aim to complete it within 15 minutes to 2 hours just the same. Occasionally there may be a slight delay due to server load.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 0k93 is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount are not processed. Once your balance reaches this limit, you can withdraw directly to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket at any time.
Yes, for security reasons 0k93 only allows withdrawals to a mobile wallet registered in the player's own name. The name on your account and the name on your bKash/Nagad/Rocket account must match. Withdrawals to someone else's wallet are not permitted — this is to protect your own money.
Slots & Jackpots
In a progressive jackpot, a small portion of every bet is added to a pool. The more players participate, the larger the pool grows. When a specific condition is met — usually landing a special combination — the entire accumulated prize is awarded to one winner. The pool then resets to zero and starts building again. The chance of winning is lower, but the prize can be very large.
RTP (Return to Player) is a mathematical percentage — an estimate of how much, on average, a game may return per ৳100 wagered over a long period of play. It is not a guarantee for any single session; every spin is independent and random. A high-RTP game may return better averages over the long run, but it does not guarantee a win.
High-volatility slots pay out less frequently, but when they do the amount can be large — they require patience and it is better to start with a bigger balance. Low-volatility slots pay out more often, and even though the amounts are smaller, your balance lasts longer — they are well suited for players with a smaller budget.
If your budget is limited, choose low-volatility games with a low minimum bet size — you will be able to play for longer. If you have a larger budget, you can try high-volatility games. For any budget, 0k93's slots section has games across a range of bet sizes — set your own limits and always play responsibly.
Live Dealer Games
In baccarat, you bet on one of three outcomes: "Player" wins, "Banker" wins, or "Tie". The dealer deals two hands and the hand whose total is closest to 9 wins. Face cards (10, J, Q, K) count as zero; an Ace counts as 1. Baccarat is easy to understand and requires minimal decision-making — a great starting point for newcomers.
Yes, 0k93's live casino is fully mobile-optimized. Open the site in any smartphone browser — Android or iOS — and join a live table smoothly. There is no need to download a separate app. For the best experience, a Wi-Fi or strong mobile data connection is recommended.
A roulette table has numbers from 0 to 36. You can bet on a specific number, odd/even, red/black, or a group of numbers. The dealer spins the wheel and those who bet on the number where the ball lands win. Bets on a specific number pay out more, but the probability is lower.
Yes, in live dealer games a professional dealer runs the game from a studio via live video streaming — you can see them on a real camera. Cards and chips are dealt by real hands, not by a computer. 0k93 works with well-known live casino providers (such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), which ensures fair and transparent gameplay.
0k93's live casino tables are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can find a seat at any time. Player activity is generally highest between evening and late night. If you prefer a quieter game, the morning hours are a good choice — you will have more one-on-one time with the dealer.
